Dominica: The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has issued a public notice, announcing that its E-Payment Platform will be temporarily unavailable temporarily due to necessary maintenance and upgrades that need to be undertaken on the digital system.
The notice was shared by the Government on Thursday, August 13, 2026, who informed the residents that online payments for government services have been temporarily paused while the necessary technical work is being carried out.
The official statement read, “The Government of Dominica advises the public that the Government E-Payment Platform is temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance and upgrades. As a result, online payments for government services have been paused during this period.
The Government of Dominica has explained that efforts to restore services are being made by the technical team and have apologised to the public for any inconvenience caused by the interruption.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank the public for its patience and understanding. Our technical team is working to restore the service as soon as further updates will be provided once the platform is restored,” shared the Government of Dominica.
The public notice was shared on the Government’s Facebook page, advising the citizens of the temporary unavailability of the platform. Citizens have taken to the comment section, expressing appreciation for the information.
