The 2026 World Creole Music Festival will feature international, regional and Dominican artistes from October 23–25 at Windsor Park Stadium.
Dominica: The 26th edition of Dominica's World Creole Music Festival (WCMF) was officially launched on Saturday, July 11, 2026, marking the official countdown to the festival which is scheduled to take place from October 23 to October 25, 2026, at Windsor Park Sports Stadium in Roseau, Dominica.
This festival is a collaborative effort between the Discover Dominica Authority (DDA), Dominica Festivals and the Government of Dominica through the Ministry of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives as part of their greater efforts to not only strengthen the country’s tourism industry, but, according to DDA’s festival and events manager, to also share Dominica’s music and culture and to the rest of the world.
The launch announced this year’s artist lineup which features a mix of international, regional, and indigenous Dominican acts.
According to Dominica Festivals, night one of the festival will include performances from Capleton, Skillibeng, Klass, Maurane Voyer, TK International, Midnight Groovers, ColtonT, Pudaz, Ridge, and DJ MJ & MV on the Keys, who will set the tone for an unforgettable festival experience.
Night two will see performances from Alkaline, Tabou Combo, Asa Bantan, V'GHN, Trilla G, Extasy Band, Full Blown, Reo and Edday, with one more artists yet to be revealed.
Moreover, Machel Montano, Uncle Waffles, FRIDAYY, Diblo Dibala, Les Aiglons, Jean Marc Ferdinand, Shelly & The Signal Band, Gwada G, Unstoppable Shax, Nice and DJ Taffy will close the 2026 WCMF on October 25.
Ahead of the official launch day, the Minister of Tourism, Denise Charles Pemberton, shared the importance of this festival to Dominica and highlighted the value of investing in events that support the country’s tourism industry.
The success of last year’s World Creole Music Festival reaffirmed the value of investing in events that strengthen Dominica’s tourism industry. The festival continues to create opportunities for Dominican businesses, increase visitor spending and showcase our destination to regional and international audiences.
She further added that the Government of Dominica is committed to “supporting initiatives that expand our tourism product, drive economic activity and create lasting benefits for our people.”
Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tourism at the Discover Dominica Authority, Marva Williams, welcomed audiences to the WCMF, stating that they look forward to having them experience what this year’s festival has to offer.
Tickets are now available for purchase on the official ticketing site, Dominica Festivals, with VIP tickets scheduled to launch on July 17, 2026
