Dominica Names 21-Man Squad for CONCACAF Nations League | Dominica News

Dominica has unveiled its 21-man squad for the 2026 CONCACAF Nations League, with its opening match set for September 24 against the Cayman Islands.

Dominica: The Dominica Football Association (DFA) has officially revealed its senior men's national team squad for the 2026 CONCACAF Nations League. The selected 21-member squad features a blend of experienced local players alongside footballers competing for clubs at home and overseas.

Overseas-based players joining team Dominica include Nicolas Harve (York University, Canada), Troy Jules (Grenades FC, Grenada), Tobi Jno Hope (Pinellas County United Pelicans, USA), and Titus Sandy Jr (Orlando City).

Other players set to represent Team Dominica are Taran George, Reon Cuffy, Javid George, Savio Anselm, Lyan Edwards, Jervanie Xavier, Jahlil Alexander, Audel Laville, Marcus Bredas, Eustace Marshall, Jaylan Jno Ville, Sidney Lockhart, Donte Newton, Dwight Eloi, Dhamario Challenger, Dale Dangleben and Briel Thomas.

These local players have been selected from various clubs across Dominica, including South East, Dublanc, Portsmouth Bombers, WE United, Grenades FC, Middleham United and Mahaut Soca Strikers.

The Football Association has shared the squad list on Facebook, highlighting the 21 players and announcing that the national team is ready for the League.

"THE WAIT IS OVER! OUR NATIONAL TEAM IS HERE! Dominica is ready for the 2026 CONCACAF Nations League! From home to abroad, we stand together as ONE TEAM, ONE NATION, ONE DREAM!" shared the Football Association.

Following the team's announcement, fans have taken to the comment section to congratulate the players for their selection, expressing confidence in those chosen to represent the country.

A Facebook user under Alicia Pierre-louis commented "Congratulations guys! Go out there, do your best and make us proud."

Another user has also expressed his hopes for the selected players to perform exceptionally and wishing them well ahead of the League.

Team Dominica will open its official campaign on September 24, 2026, where it will compete against the Cayman Islands at Windsor Park in Roseau.
