Dominica's Ministry of Tourism is inviting event planners to submit proposals for managing the exclusive VIP experience at the 2026 World Creole Music Festival.
Dominica: The Ministry of Tourism is accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) and proposals from individuals, event planners and hospitality providers to deliver a premium VIP experience for the upcoming 2026 World Creole Music Festival.
Earlier this week, Dominica’s Ministry of Tourism shared an invitation for EOIs and Proposals from the Discover Dominica Authority, informing the general public that the World Creole Music Festival (WCMF), which is set for October 2026, is accepting proposals from organizers to provide hospitality services to VIPs.
The invitation targets qualified individuals, event planners, hospitality providers, and firms able to deliver quality, creative and unique experiences for the VIPs.
Exclusive hospitality services, including food & beverage, seating and service staff, premium viewing areas and aesthetic and functional design are some of the services that should be covered. Moreover, the Authority has stated that the selected individual or firm will also carry the responsibility of providing entertainment enhancements such as live DJs, setting the lounge atmosphere and offering a “seamless guest experience from the entry to exit.”

The shared EOIs and proposal document has also covered in detail the requirements for the proposals as well as the evaluation criteria. Proposals need to be submitted to the CEO/ Director of Tourism of the Discover Dominica Authority with the subject line for the email being: “Response for WCMF VIP – [Your Firm/Individual Name]”
Submissions should be sent before 4:00 PM ECT on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at mwilliams@discoverdominica.dm and dvidal@discoverdominica.dm.
The Discover Dominica Authority has shared that the VIP experience plays an important part in strengthening the Nature Island’s image internationally.
“VIP experience plays a vital role in elevating the overall quality of the festival and contributes to enhancing the destination’s brand image, visitor satisfaction, and socio-economic impact,” shared the Authority.
