Dominica has launched its 2026 Summer Festivals Calendar featuring cultural, food, sports and wellness events across the island from June to August.
Dominica: The Ministry of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives has released a summer-long festivals calendar, the Summer the Nature Island Way Festival Calendar 2026, that features different events which will take place across the island from June 26 to August 30, 2026.
This initiative is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Tourism and the Dominica Festivals as they continue in their efforts to promote tourism and attract visitors to the island, as well as to enhance community engagement.
The 2026 Festivals calendar includes a mix of sports, cultural, culinary, wellness and community events, offering a diverse set of activities for participants with different interests.

With the month almost coming to an end, the calendar kicks off on June 26, with the Feast of St. Peter’s Possie Fish Lyme, and concludes in August with the Soufriere Dive Fest, which is scheduled for August 29 and 30.
