Dominica’s Electoral Office has announced 27 polling stations for the September 7 Roseau North by-election, covering voters across nine communities.
Dominica: The Dominica Electoral Office has released the polling stations for citizens set to participate in the upcoming Roseau North Constituency by-election scheduled for Monday, September 7, 2026. The constituency has a total of 27 polling stations across several communities, including Pottersville, Lower Goodwill, Upper Goodwill, Bellevue, Fond Cole, Stock Farm, Louisville, Gutter/Parish Pit and Morne Daniel.
According to the released notice, there will be four polling stations at the Goodwill Parish Hall, which are assigned to voters in Pottersville with surnames A to C, D to I, J to M, and N to Z.
Moreover, three polling locations have been designated for voters in Lower Goodwill East. Those with surnames A to D and E to J will vote at the Alpha Center, while those with surnames K to P and Q to Z will vote at the Genesis Christian Union Pre School.
The Electoral Office has also shared that for voters in Lower Goodwill West, three polling stations are located at St. Alphonsus Pre-School, covering surnames A to F, G to M, and N to Z.
Additionally, Upper Goodwill also have three polling stations. Voters with surnames A to C will cast their votes at the Red Cross Headquarters, while those with surnames D to I and J to Z will vote at the Christian Union Primary School.
Meanwhile, the Goodwill Primary School will serve as the polling location for Bellevue voters, regardless of surname while all voters in Louisville, from A to Z, are assigned to the Red Cross Headquarters.
As for residents in Fond Cole, polling will take place at the Fond Cole Community Centre, covering surnames A to E, F to L, and M to Z, while for those in Stock Farm, three polling stations are located at Dominica State College, covering surnames A to E, F to L, and M to Z.
Voters in Gutter/Tarish Pit will cast their ballots at Goodwill Primary School, where four polling stations have been assigned covering surnames A to C, D to G, H to L, and M to Z.
Finally, voters in Morne Daniel, with surnames A to Z, will vote at the former Chinese Embassy.
