Soufriere Dive Fest 2026 will feature diving, kayaking, snorkelling, family activities, food and live entertainment from August 29-30 in Dominica.
Dominica: The Parliamentary Representative for the Soufrière Constituency and the Minister of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives, Denise Charles-Pemberton, has announced the Soufrière Dive Fest will return in the South this Saturday, August 29, 2026, with a full slate of activities designed to promote the area’s natural attractions and underwater experiences.
Scheduled to take place for two days (August 29 and 30, 2026), the Soufrière Dive Fest 2026 has been organised by Denise Charles-Pemberton and the Soufrière Organising Committee, in partnership with the Soufriere – Scotts Head – Gallion Village Council and the Ministry of Tourism.

According to the released event calendar, activities will feature diving and marine experiences, water sport adventures, community entertainment, including live entertainment, as well as local and traditional food experiences.
Day 1 will commence with an early morning Hike & Soak adventure at 06:00 a.m. and continue with different marine activities including Discover Scuba, Discover Freediving, Discover Kayaking as well as Coral Presentations which will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m., giving participants a chance to explore Soufrière coastal environment.

Moreover, the day will continue with the Family Fun and Fish Lyme at Soufriere Bayfront from 2:00 PM, featuring boat rides, kayaking, family games, arts and craft, seafood, and live entertainment for the entire family.
On the following day, marine experiences will continue with Coral Presentations, Discover Swimming and Discover Snorkelling scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. The Corporate Kayak Race, with a Grand Prize of $2,500, will also take place, commencing from 03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.
The event calendar reveals that the Dive Fest will conclude with the MainStage Event from 05:00 p.m., featuring boat rides, kayaking, tubes, family games and live entertainment.
